All orders placed on our website are dispatched from our USA warehouse located in Manteno, IL. Expected time to fulfill orders for US customers is 2 to 3 working days. Our goal is to actually deliver your product(s) within 3 to 5 working days following the date your order is placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery within the number of days indicated above please contact our US customer care at: support@lexellwatches.com

  • USA Shipping: Free Shipping on All Order in USA via USPS
  • International Shipping: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase (or certain products within your purchase), you may return it for an exchange or refund as set forth below: d

1. Contact us via email: support@lexellwatches.com

2. Please inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service.

Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email informing you on its return status. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.

3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
Articles will not be accepted if:
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble the watch once broken

* You may send all return items thru a shipper of your choice (USPS/UPS/FEDEX).
* We suggest that you include delivery/receipt confirmation service to ensure receipt of your item.

4. All returns need to be RECEIVED by us within 15 days of the date of purchase (Email us for holiday return policy)

5. Returns received beyond 15 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
